Darjeeling is a beautiful town located within the foothills of the Himalayas. If you want to visit this place, Autumn and Spring seasons are more favourable since the skies are dry and the panoramas are clear. On the fringes of Sikkim, the town is surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas. The trip includes the spectacular sightseeing of the early morning sunrise over the Kanchenjunga mountains and visit to Ghoom Monastery, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park and Tea Plantation are also there.

Itinerary
Meet & Greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport & then proceed to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.). On arrival, check-in to hotel & rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchanjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, there is visit to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening is free for shopping or leisure. Then you have an overnight stay at Darjeeling.
After breakfast, it is a full day excursion trip to Mirik Lake (4,902 ft.) via Indo-Nepal Border. (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for Nepal Border to Pasupati Market). Mirik is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates. (One can enjoy boat ride on direct payment basis in lake).In evening return to the hotel. And then you have an overnight stay at Darjeeling.
After breakfast, you will proceed to picturesque drive to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival, check-in to your hotel and rest of the day is free for leisure. Then you have an overnight stay at Gangtok.
Start for a full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry, Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours. And then you have overnight stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms away from Gangtok city. After the excursion trip of whole day, you have an overnight stay at Gangtok. (In case of landside or any other reason, Tsomgo Lake will be closed. Hence, we will provide alternate sightseeing.)
After breakfast, check-out from hotel on time and take proceed to New jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
